Through WWII, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War until 1991 USS New Jersey and her 50,000 collective crew members earned 19 battle stars making her the most decorated battleship in American history. During the Vietnam War, she also earned the title of the fastest battleship ever built. She was the flagship of Admirals Halsey, Jocko Clark, and Reason throughout her 50-year career.
