Description:

Fitness meets learning through a dynamic four-week program designed for all ages. Each week, we will explore different aspects of physical and mental well-being using the Hiveclass digital platform. This series is perfect for anyone looking to introduce a dose of healthy activity into their routine while learning new skills in a fun and supportive community setting.

Week 1: Hiveclass 101 & Functional Fitness

We will introduce Hiveclass, a digital encyclopedia featuring short-form, athlete-led instructional videos curated by top physical educators. This platform helps youth learn fundamental skills across a wide variety of sports and health and wellness activities. Learn how to navigate its features and make the most of its resources, giving you a sneak peek at the engaging activities ahead.

Additionally, you can enhance your strength and flexibility with Hiveclass's functional fitness exercises. No special equipment is required—simply bring items like water bottles or canned foods to use as weights and we will provide the rest!
